- Mr. Cytryn successfully arguing against the Florida Supreme Court adopting the Daubert Standard on September 1, 2016. The Florida Supreme Court ruled 4 to 3 not to adopt the Daubert Standard on February 16, 2017. Ultimately, this was confirmed by the Florida Supreme Court in the Delisle case.

- Dan Cytryn, Esq. argued before the Florida Supreme Court in the case of Pollack v. Florida Dept. of Highway Patrol where the jury had returned a verdict in favor of the plaintiffs in the amount of $17.9 million dollars.
